Scholarship Description
Lancy C. Jen Scholarship was established by her family to honor her legacy as a dedicated educator. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students majoring in Women's Studies who are incorporating mathematics and/or sciences into their educational program and/or career goals. The annual scholarship award is $4,000.
Students are encouraged to meet with faculty member Ann Mussey in the Women's Studies Department to discuss how their program of study and goals might fit the criteria of this award.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be women who:

Are admitted students pursuing a BA/BS degree in Women's Studies
- Are incorporating mathematics and/or sciences into their educational program and/or career goal
- Demonstrate need for financial assistance.
- Demonstrate potential for academic success.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria among eligible applicants are potential for academic success and financial need.
